Recurring Home Cleaning

$40 / hour per cleaner

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Pick the schedule that works for you and we'll handle everything from there. All cleans include:

Deep Cleans & Move-In / Move-Out

$40 / hour per cleaner

Moving in, moving out, or just ready for a full reset? A deep clean covers everything in our standard clean with extra attention to detail, getting into the corners, cabinets, and spaces that regular cleaning might not reach. Same trusted team, same hourly rate.

Good fit for: new tenants, end-of-lease cleans, post-renovation, seasonal resets, or first-time clients before starting a recurring schedule.

Short-Term Rental & Airbnb Turnovers 

$45 / hour per cleaner

Hosting guests is a lot of work. The turnover clean shouldn't be. We handle everything between check-out and check-in so your property is guest-ready without you lifting a finger.

Includes everything in the standard residential clean, plus:

• Unloading and restocking clean dishes from the dishwasher

• Full refrigerator interior clean

• Restocking soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, and sugar as provided by the owner

• Laundering and changing bed linens from the guest stay

• Laundering used towels

What's Not Included

We'd rather tell you upfront than have you find out on cleaning day. These services are outside our scope:

• Hauling trash (we take it to your curbside can only)

• Moving furniture or heavy objects

• Anything requiring a tall ladder

• Exterior window cleaning

• Cleaning pest-infested homes (cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas)

• Homes affected by hoarding

• Wiping light bulbs

• Hazardous materials: pet waste, blood, rotten food

• Dishes or laundry (unless part of a short-term rental clean)
