We are a small business, therefore, our pricing is based on maintaining our business license, withholding our own taxes, purchasing equipment and supplies, and paying for liability insurance to protect your home and valuables. We have years of industry experience and promise that you are paying for a top-quality clean! 

NOTE: We will give clients an estimate of the total price of the job after a walkthrough of the home.

All residential cleans include the following services for $40 an hour per cleaner at your home. Add-on services may be included at your request for an additional fee.

Short-Term Rental/Air BnB Cleans

All residential cleans include the following services for $45 an hour per cleaner at your home. Add-on services may be included at your request for an additional fee.

• Everything included in a residential clean

• Unloading clean dishes from the dishwasher

• Interior of refrigerator emptied and cleaned

• Refilling/restocking soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, sugar, etc. as needed by the owner

• Laundering and changing bed linens on beds that were used during a guest’s stay

• Laundering towels that were used during a guest’s stay

Add-On Services

• Blinds dusted (dusting spray and rag) - $15 per window (large blinds only)

• Refrigerator interior clean - $40

• Oven interior clean - $100

• Interior windows - $10 per window

Services NOT Included

• Hauling trash (we only take trash to your curbside garbage can)

• Moving furniture or heavy objects

• Cleaning anything that involves a high ladder

• Exterior window cleaning

• Cleaning pest-infested homes (roaches, bed bugs, fleas, etc.)

• Cleaning houses affected by hoarding

• Wiping light bulbs

• Cleaning hazardous materials (pet waste, blood, rotten food)

• Dishes or laundry (unless included in a short-term rental clean)
